Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange please read the following guidelines and return policy. All clothing and accessories must be back to HQ within 15 days after receiving the products. International is eligible for a 25 day time frame.
Items not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange:
- Anything received after the 15th or 25th day time frame.
- All products must be returned in original condition this means unworn, unwashed and with tags & packaging.
- Any type of Eyewear.
- Items marked as clearance or final sale.
- Ineligible items sent back to us.
IF ANY OF THESE BULLET POINTS APPLY TO YOU PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return form. After receiving the form you would have to print, fill out, and email back to the same email. We will respond to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Return for a full refund: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us. Once we have recieved your return, we'll issue a refund using the same payment you used to pay originally.
Exchange: If you would like to swap out for a different size or color, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Once the exchange is received we will notify you within 3 business days with tracking number.
Store Credit: Once we have received the return form, we will send you a FREE shipping label to return your items. Once we receive you items we will issue you a CODE for you to apply at checkout. Please note that this is only eligible for U.S domestic orders.
